The Mighty Armory 40 S&W, 10mm Funnel Flare is a replacement flare expander for the Dillon powder measures. The funnel flare flares the inside of the case mouth to facilitate smooth bullet seating and it also precisely expands the inside dimension (I.D.) of the case to -.003 to-.004 below bullet diameter just below the flare. This will set the tension for bullet seating, whether hand setting or using a bullet dropper.
